特にお客様が重なる【朝食時】、【チェックイン時】、【チェックアウト時】においては下記の取り組みを実施しております。
■朝食時
・バイキング形式ではなく、パンやサラダ類、お惣菜を一つ一つ小分けにして提供
※会場での食事だけでなく、お部屋での食事も可能
・朝食会場の席を減らし、ソーシャルディスタンスを出来る限り確保
■チェックイン時
・お客様へのアルコール消毒のお願い
・チェックインカウンターには飛沫防止ブロッカーを設置
・複数のチェックイン時は原則ラウンジにご案内。
※ラウンジが混み合う場合は、一旦、お部屋にご案内をし、順番になればお呼び致します。

* Reduce the number of seats in the dining hall to ensure as much social distance as possible.

* Anti-splash blockers are installed at the check-in counters.
* As a general rule, you will be guided to the lounge when you check in with more than one person.
If the lounge becomes crowded, we will show you to your room and ask you to come back when it's your turn.
